14 days to change your mind
If you buy as a consumer, you can cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This right comes from the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
The 14 days start on the day after you, or someone you name (other than the carrier), receive the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start on the day after the last parcel arrives.
How to cancel
- Tell us you want to cancel. The easiest way is an e-mail to contact@maydrix.com with your order number. You can use our cancellation form, but you do not have to: any clear statement is enough. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your message before the 14 days have ended.
- Wait for our reply. We will confirm by e-mail that we have received your cancellation and confirm the address to send the goods to. Our orders are sent from our fulfilment partner, so the returns address is different from the address the parcel came from. Please put your order number inside the parcel.
- Send the goods back. Please return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day you told us you were cancelling. It is enough to post them before the 14 days have ended.

Return postage
If you cancel because you have changed your mind, you pay the direct cost of sending the goods back to our returns address in Poland. If the item is faulty or not as described, this is not a cancellation cost: we will cover the return postage under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. See Faulty items.
Your refund
- We refund everything you paid, including the original standard delivery charge. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund the cost of our cheapest standard delivery.
- We refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we receive the goods back, or, if earlier, 14 days after you give us evidence that you have sent them back (for example a proof of postage).
- We use the same payment method you used for the order, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fee for the refund.
Returning part of a bundle
You can return a whole bundle (2 or 3 radios). If you would like to keep part of a bundle, please contact us before sending anything back. In that case we refund the bundle price less the price of the items you keep, at the price you would have paid for them on their own.
Condition of returned goods
You may handle the goods as you would in a shop, to check what they are, their features and how they work. If you handle them more than that and their value is reduced as a result, we may deduct that loss of value from your refund.
The MAYDRIX Pack (digital content)
- Free with a radio order: the MAYDRIX Pack is included free with every radio order. If you cancel the radio order, you do not need to do anything about the Pack and you will not be charged for it.
- Bought on its own: the Pack is digital content supplied as a download. We only make it available during the 14-day cancellation period if you expressly ask us to and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the download is made available. You are asked for this at checkout. If you did not give that consent and acknowledgement, or we did not confirm it to you, you keep your right to cancel and will not pay for the Pack.
