You can use the form below to cancel your order, but you do not have to. Any clear statement that you want to cancel is enough, for example an e-mail to contact@maydrix.com with your order number.
You can copy the form into an e-mail, or print it, fill it in and post it to the address below. We will confirm by e-mail that we have received your cancellation and tell you where to send the goods. We usually reply within 1-2 working days.
